Gluten Free Biscuits

Yummy biscuits are a welcomed treat on cold, rainy days.

Here is a great, gluten free recipe! 

Notes:

-Use organic ingredients whenever possible
-I usually skip the Xanthan Gum, just personal preference.
-For the light mix, I use whatever flour I have on hand; usually brown rice, almond, and/or coconut.
-I use arrowroot starch instead of cornstarch (again personal preference!)
-I sometimes do half coconut oil/half butter
-I use unsweetened coconut yogurt (that doesn’t have carrageenan in it!)
-I often do hand formed biscuits, not rolled out as mentioned here. They work, also!
